Chopping and preparation of Kalanchoe pinnata leaves for extraction; the air-dried leaves of Kalanchoe pinnata were cut into small pieces (~1 cm) and then weighed to measure 100 g. The pieces were further chopped until a pulp was obtained, forming the starting material for the extraction process.
